If you are already or if you become a client of the firm you have access to all the legal services that we provide.

Many of our clients and their families have been with the firm for generations. Our clients get to know us and we make it our business to get to know enough about our clients to really help them in what they are trying to achieve.

We split our work between private client work and commercial work.

Commercial Work

We put great effort into developing good working relationships with our commercial clients who predominantly are owner managers of their businesses. We encourage our clients to contact us sooner rather than later to talk things through.

We take it as a mark of a success that we are consulted early. Our clients understand that we can make a contribution to an ongoing project as opposed to being approached as a kind of firefighter once a fire has well and truly taken hold. Our clients have come to realise that we are interested in the prosperity of their businesses.

For areas of particular specialism we have first class contacts in the wider legal community. In all honesty there are specialist areas that we know nothing about and we will tell you if the issue you bring to us is not within our area of competence and experience. We will however point you in the right direction so that while you remain a client of the firm you can get useful advice on absolutely any area of law.

Private Clients

Every year we are engaged in hundreds of transactions helping clients to manage their affairs.

A private client can expect us to be able to help them on a wide range of legal issues with subject matters as diverse as the adoption of children to defending road traffic prosecutions. We have made and we store Wills for literally thousands of people and bought and sold millions of pounds worth of houses.
